My career has been dedicated to helping others in their quest for health in body and mind through Health Coaching as a Dietitian and Nutritionist, and exercise trainer. The goal of helping others improve themselves continues through my exciting new adjunct faculty position at Everglades University in the field of public health and nutrition.
My background in psychology, dietetics, exercise physiology, and public health together have provided a perfect blend for inspiring others in achieving whole body wellness.
I am excited for you to join me in your journey of health, knowledge, motivation and well being. I have had the privilege of writing for, and contributing to journals and magazines, and look forward to sharing these with you.
