About Me


My background

My career has been dedicated to helping others in their quest for health in body and mind through Health Coaching as a Dietitian and Nutritionist.  My background in psychology, dietetics, exercise physiology, and public health together have provided a perfect blend for inspiring others in achieving whole body wellness.  I am excited for you to join me in your journey of health, knowledge, motivation and well being.  I have had the privilege of writing for, and contributing to journals and magazines, and look forward to more this year.

How I got started

My journey to health has given me a wonderful opportunity to pass on my life experiences, successes, and education to all those ready to continue their own health and wellness journey.

I share with you my 22 years of public health and nutrition practice in the private and non-profit sector helping 1000's of people over the years.

My approach

 Learn about nutrition and health, great fitness tips, get information on annual screenings for the ladies and gents, easy steps for meditation,  safe exercise, stretches, and use of weights, foods, health, and more, ...of course, setting goals: measurable, attainable, fun filled information to help you reach your personal wellness goals.
